Is Pyng free?
There's a free plan that watches up to 10 people every day — the same scanning and drafted messages as the paid tiers. Pro is $19.99/month for 250 people, and Team is $49.99 per seat. See the pricing page for the full comparison.
Will my contacts ever be shared?
No. Your contacts are yours. We never share, sell, or expose them to other users.
Does Pyng train AI on my data?
No. Your private content is never used to train external AI models.
What happens to my voice memos?
They're transcribed, used to extract facts you've chosen to remember, and stored encrypted. You can delete the audio anytime.
Can I import contacts from my phone?
Yes — on supported devices, you can pick from your native contact picker. You decide who gets saved into Pyng. Nothing is auto-imported.
Do I have to connect my calendar?
No. Calendar sync is optional. When connected, Pyng prepares you before meetings and quietly nudges you afterward.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export everything as JSON from settings, anytime.
How do I delete my account?
Open settings → Account → Delete account. Your data is fully removed within 30 days.
Which devices does Pyng support?
Pyng runs on the web and works beautifully on mobile, tablet, and desktop. Native apps are on the roadmap.
